SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Beyond Energy Center is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Some handmade, custom, or specialty items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Certain products are final sale and not eligible for return due to their spiritual or perishable nature.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Beyond Energy Center, each item is crafted or selected with sacred intention. Because many of our products are spiritual, handmade, or perishable, some items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-returnable items include:

Opened or used ritual and apothecary products

Digital downloads and services
For eligible items, unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
All sales of non-returnable items are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
