2. About Beyond Energy Center

Beyond Energy Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to holistic wellness, cultural preservation, animal care, and spiritual education. Our offerings include products, ceremonies, workshops, events, and educational content designed to support balance, healing, and reconnection with nature.

We offer a variety of physical goods (such as herbs, crystals, ritual tools, and apothecary items) and spiritual services (such as healing sessions, retreats, and ceremonies). Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith but may change at any time without prior notice.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including but not limited to your name, address, email, payment information, and billing details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, error, or policy violation.

All sales of custom, handmade, spiritual, or perishable items are final as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

All payments must be completed through the secure methods listed on our site.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Beyond Energy Center is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Certain items—particularly handmade, spiritual, or perishable goods—are non-returnable and final sale.
Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization.

8. Donations

All donations to Beyond Energy Center support our nonprofit mission and are non-refundable. Donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law; please consult your tax professional for details.

9. Health & Spiritual Disclaimer

Our products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Energy healing, ceremonies, and related offerings are complementary wellness practices and not substitutes for licensed medical care. Participation is voluntary, and by engaging in any service, you assume all responsibility for your well-being.
